Well I am back. I haven't had time to come and update here but I had a wonderful time in Melbourne. Only had Friday and Sunday afternoon to look around. On Friday we went to the Stitches and Craft show and on Sunday afternoon we went and had a look at Eureka 88 and what a view. Then we had tea and walked back to our accommodation via the Flinders street railway station and saw the gorgeous horses and carriage but didn't have a ride. We had a great time but my mum paniced when I told her we walked the streets at night.
Since I have been home life has been as busy as before I went away and now I am just catching up on things and just realized it is nearly easter and I am going away again gee time flies.
Well got to go bill paying is calling will check back in later.

Watching Cyclone

Morning all at the moment we are watching the cyclone weather reports. I am near Rockhampton and Yeppoon and you wouldn't know anything was happening were I am. We had a bit of wind and rain last night but today is just cloudy. Just saw FiFi Box on the Sunrise program and she is at Yeppoon main beach and it looks a bit rougher down there. My husband said you wouldn't know a cyclone was around in our area.
I hope it has gone out to sea by Thursday as that is when I fly out to Melbourne for the weekend. I told Edwin last night that I was going from cyclonic weather to Melbourne that had a earthquake the other day what a life. Then they said it might be raining in Vic by the weekend I can't win a trick. Oh well that is not going to stop me. It rained the whole time I was in Adelaide last year and we still got out to see things.

Well cheers for now if I don't get back before I go have a good weekend everyone.

I have been listening to the tv and praying that all my ss sisters down south are all safe and sound. I know a few of you live in the areas of the fires that are raging down there. I wish that the authorities could catch these firebugs that are lighting some of the fires.

Hi everyone hope you all had a great weekend. I am in Qld and watching a cyclone that is further up north from us. We hope to get a little bit of rain but don't want all the wind that goes with cyclones.
Have been thinking about all my friends down south in the fire areas and hope you are all safe.

Happy Australia Day

Morning everyone I hope you all had a good Australia Day. I did sat around and finished the book I was reading so I could start on the Twilight series I got for Xmas. We went to the beach to visit some friends and start the night because we had a few drinks and it we were celebrating his 50th birthday a few days early. Tried a few cocktails so that didn't help the diet much oh well I will keep going one day off will not hurt. I have lost about 24.5 kilos since 20th January 2008 so not doing to bad.

Hey Everyone

I have been busy the last couple of days. Yesterday went to a Stampin Up Party and it ended up being a catalogue party and then went to Carole's and did some cardmaking. I had a Stampin Up kit and made the 12 cards which is a good start to my cardmaking for the year. I am hopeing to make some more over the next few weeks.
